All Credit goes to the creators of the original Mods this is Based on. This is a fully working version of iCEnhancer 1.35 for Steam 1.0.7.0. I have fixed it so the game doesn't crash when the weather/day or night changes, and it now hasn't got a permanent red sky at night. It still has the bug where the sky goes red at odd camera angles, but it doesn't happen often. If you are finding some areas to dark you can fix that by upping the number for AdaptationMin under [ADAPTATION] in the iceconfig file. In the Pack: VisualIV 1.7.8b5 (using the timecyc & effects) Photorealistic 8 v1.0 (using the textures and used the enbseries config to base the iceconfig on) ICEnhancer 1.35 Plus many other tweaks and minor changes. Size of File: 68 MB To Install just copy all the files from the .rar to a fresh install of the game and overwrite any it asks you to. Thats it! You can now enjoy playing a fully Modded Steam version of GTA4! This should work with any 1.0.7.0 install, it doesn't have to be from steam, but I have only tested this on the Steam version.
