A few weeks ago Steam was doing a deal on all the GTA games, because of this I got myself a copy of GTA4.

I have seen posts and videos about modding it to make it look realistic and wanted to have ago myself. 
The problems I faced was there is no good mods for the Steam edition. 
So after trying many Mods and getting no where I decided to put one together myself.

I can't take all the credit for this as all I did was mix and match many Mods together and tweaked the 
iceconfig and shaders to make it look right.
