This is "City_Poke912" "visual iv", I just modified the settings and I edited the timecycle. It looks great. Set your ingame settings to this. Brightnes - set Brightness to the max Contrast - Set Contrast to the max Saturation - Set your saturation around the middle or whatever you feel confertable with. Credits. ................ I don't know where I got the time cycle modifiers from, I got it from some enb file on gta4mods... This should run with any patch. It works with gta 4, eflc or Lad ...................................... If you're upto it, it looks really AMAZING with Fizzy Dark road texture packs.
