VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCfN7dG7jvE This is an adaptation of the Violent City mod for GTAIV by topeira. It gives all pedestrians a gang affiliation and concealed weapons. This means regular pedestrians until any gunplay on your part, which gets answered by just about everyone around you! To install the mod, replace both the pedpersonality.dat and peds.ide files in your EFLC/common/data folder with the ones in this archive. It's probably a good idea to rename the originals with a '.bak' extension in case you want to remove this mod later.
