Ever wanted to have a NOoSE cruiser that is uniquely UV-mapped to have liveries? Then this mod is for you. This is the newly default NOoSE cruiser that is UV-mapped based from Vapid Cruiser Vector v1.1 mod by Ekalb @ LCPDFR, which is now support liveries. You can feel some realism in Liberty City, like having some Border Patrol guys kicking your asses or NOoSE Team going "Need for Speed" like Stormtroopers in Star Wars movie.
Well, the flat-shaped lightbar on it has become a teaser in some hints, like cheating websites. It has been popular for years and very compatible with original game.
