this is a EDIT of L3evo ENB settings combined with Fabriciuz Direct3D [final] shaders and timecyc data. i have made subtle changes to the ENB document, to help reduce resource usage, and overbright in game and cutscenes. my pc specs are as follows::: Pentium D 3.40Ghz x2 @800mhz 4Ghz RAM @DDR3 800mhz (registered 3.4Ghz on win7 x86) NVidia GTX460 v1 1Ghz @GDDR5 Western Digital Caviar blue 250Gb HDD This ENB was designed purely for patch 1.0.4.0 using d3d9.dll v0.082 and HAS NOT been tested with any other patches. Special thanks to Fabriciuz for the permissions to use his amazing work! without his Direct3D none of this would of been possible i just hope i dont offend Spycounter by tweaking and editing his ENB NOTE ::::: THIS IS FOR LOW SPEC PC ONLY. HIGHER SPEC PCs MAY FIND THE MOD IS NOT DETAILED ENOUGH... I CANNOT CONFIRM THIS AS I DONT HAVE HIGH SPEC PC
