Description
Hi, this mod will allow you to have TBOGT Luis in GTA IV. This includes the ped model but unfortunately, it doesn't have Luis Cutscene model. But, the cutscene model has been reskin so it looks much more like the one in TBOGT.
To install, you need SparkIV or OpenIV.
