first of all, you have to do this be sure you have this version of scripthook http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=392325 (it is a net script mod, so you have to have an asi loader and the scripthook net to use this) download and install this mod: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=465208 now, copy the "tommy.img" of this mod to grand theft auto IV/pc/data/player, then ingame press f6 to spawn the face, IT WILL NOT REPLACE NIKOS HEAD MODEL it has little bugs i'll fix later, you can complement it with this mod: http://www.gta4-mods.com/player/splinter-cell-look-f7700 thanks to bammangera for his awesome mod and CORE.MAX2010 for his outfit mod, enjoy! and dont f*cking claim it as yours, because it is not! when you change clothes, nikos head appears again, just hit f6 again and thats it!
