Small update for **SPA Francorchamps Béta privée** by Onclsam13 & Tanjes
I updated some sponsor logos to reflect 2012 and edited the Spa jumbotron billboard.
To use:
open spa.img with Spark IV of Open IV and replace the *.png inside spa.wtd and spafranco.wtd
I included the original files for those that forget to backup :)
