This makes security guards able to arrest you for any crimes you'll do, or have wanted level already. They will also open fire on you, if over one star. They are also friendly with the police now, so they won't exchange fire back and forth anymore. No, the won't be patrolling with LCPD, they'll happily stay at their regular guard posts after conflict.
