This mod isn't design to be realistc. It's designed to be fun, dark with a serious feel towards it. I used DKT70's mod and changed it up to have a more darker cartoon feel towards liberty city. It's suppose to kind of feel like how spawn the animated series was. Dark and serious. It has a dark feel towards liberty city but you can still see at night since it's a video game. There's a nice blend between dark and light. This is only meant for patch 1.0.4.0 you can test it on other patches if you wanna try and change it up a bit. Give credits where credit should be given if you change things.
