Realistic NYPD Siren Rumbler.
install note:
Fist backup your original HORNS.ivaud
using SparkIV / OpenIV ,the file is located at Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\audio\Sfx\resident.rpf\horns.ivaud by exporting the original file
Then replace the original file "HORNS.ivaud" at the same location as i mentioned above, with this one, using edit and import / replace . Then save it.
