Description
This is a modified ENB based on Dpeasant3 settings.Tested on GTA IV patch 1.04,using Windows 7 64 bit with Ati Radeon graphic card.
Screenshots were taken with 1360x768 resolution(i assumed that 1360x768 is the resolution between low end PC and high end PC), the pictures will be better if you use resolution 1920x1080 or more.

Change log:
More natural leaves colour.
More realistic car light coronas and street lights (Coronas aren't too wide now).
(Change the enb setting and the enbspritelight)
