Poorman's Enhancer v3 by SuperAria18 MY ENB IS NOT ICENHANCER ! ! ! Based on L3EVO and ENBseries 0.082 Beta Ver. 3 Features : -Dynamic Depth of Field (Bokeh-like) -New Adaptation -Brighter Skies -New Shaders -New Effects -New Timecyc -New VisualSettings -Fixed Motion Blur -Fixed car colors and reflections -Better Lens Flare -Shader Input by Ice La Glace :) L3EVO based with Shaderinput by Ice La Glace, the rest is made by me. This version is needs more resources (Mid to High PC) but don't worry i also included the low PC version, although it doesn't have DynaDOF and the new effects but it still looks good because of the new shader and config. I also included my Poorman's Enhancer v1.7 config for more blue-ish,darker and deeper colors. Also my Poorman's Enhancer v2.0 config for more lighter,brighter, and yellow-ish tint to the game. Installation: Copy all the files and folders from "MAIN FILES" to your GTA 4 directory. Please backup your data first ! If you wanna save some fps, use it without lens flare, without Dynamic DOF, and lower your screen resolutions. I've worked very hard for this (Shader compiling,Timecyc editing,VisualSetting editing, config editing and all that jazz) So, please leave me some credit if you're going to edit my mod.
