The LCPDs newly commissioned Vacca Interceptor, fresh from the streets Los Santos. Vehicle comes with 4 liveries, 2 blue, 2 black. Should serve as a replacement for the NOOSE Cruiser, seeing as how the cruiser appears only after the player has a high amount of wanted stars, so the vehicle is sort of the LCPDs 'last resort', in terms of police pursuits. *Special thanks to Sentinel55, who made this mod actually work in-game, for testing and providing some pretty neat screenshots.
