Description
This is a military base that is to the South of Hove beach. You cannot see any part of the city from the distance.
It is made up of 85 object, but the most important objects will show up for online use.
Installation:
copy the file into your gta iv root folder and open it in game under objects9.ini or whatever number you assigned it.
Directions to get there:
Enable coordinates display and maintain a bearing of about 180.
Use of a helicopter is highly suggested.
