First IV sound mod ever
It was made a while ago but it was not released on any GTA fansite, so here it is, a big step on GTA IV-era modding
This is a realistic Police siren sound
Replace Horn.ivaud on OpenIV or SparkIV on pc/audio/sfx/residents.rpf
