- Open OPEN IV or SPARK IV.
- Navigate to GTAIV>Game>Models>cdimages>playerped.rpf
- Open the file 'uppr_diff_003_a_uni'
- Import your desired texture (Found in the Variants folder)
- Save/Rebuild
- Done
