Hello, This is my vision of what the new North Yankton skins would look like. These skins were made 95% from scratch (expetion to the logo and State Patrol as well as the Plates[credits bellow]) I would like to make a shout out to Jewish_Banana for the idea. Open up "Grand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimagesvehicles.img" using SparkIV or OpenIV. 2. Replace/Import the files police.wft and police.wtd and then Save and Rebuild. If you choose to replace other vehicles, simply rename. If you are using EFLC, you can rename police3, police4, or policeb whichever you choose to replace. 3. IF you want to change liveries, open the police.wtd with OpenIV and replace police_sign_1.png through police_sign_4.png with the police_sign_1.png through police_sign_5.png provided to your liking and Save. 4.
