Hello GTA4 GAMERS!!!
This mod is replacing the original NOOSE(SWAT) in the game. It is the replica of FBI Tactical Team based in New York
Installation:
-you must have SPARKIV 1.0.6.0
-open componentpeds then import
m_y_swat.wtf
m_y_swat.wtd
m_y_swat.wdd
-open pedprops then import
m_y_swat_p.wtd
m_y_swat_p.wdd
-save it
-then dont forget to save it again.
