Do you know that epic awesome angry voices Niko Bellic shouts when he's shooting somebody, ONLY in mission? those typical AAAARRRR MOTHERFU....RS!!! or F....CK YOOOUUU!!! Awesome. But lot of us make epic shootouts, fighting LCPD. The problem is NB's voices there aren't as epic as those. So, i modified the file where the Niko Bellic's speeches are, and now those epic sounds are also shouted when you're fighting the police. (Those epic speeches are named on files as "Mission_Blind_Range") INSTALLATION: just use OpenIV, open Speech.rpf (on Audio/Sfx) and replace NIKO_NORMAL_4 with the file provided. It's uploaded directly here, so you just have to download the file and rename it to NIKO_NORMAL_4 (if you use OpenIV with any extension, if you use other programs like, probably, SparkIV, i think you should rename it to NIKO_NORMAL_4.ivaud).
