Description
These replace all the N.O.O.S.E. operatives with a ped model reskinned to look similar to the national guard. To install, grab the latest Spark IV, then open componentpeds.IMG and pedprops.IMG (in "GTA IV/pc\models\cdimages") and import the files you see in their respective folders. Remember to back up the originals!
Works with regular IV and the episodes.
