This is just a simple grenade re-textured with Monster Energy logos and all green.
How to install:
1. Open up OpenIV and select Grand Theft Auto IV
2. Click on pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img
3. Enable Edit Mode
4. Drag the two grenade files from the archive into OpenIV
5. ENJOY THE MOD!!
