NYC related mod pack that changes graphics/clothes/cops/props/guns/cars/ads/signs/billboards and sounds. I only tested this on gta4 steam patch 1.0.7.0,this should work with other patch's you would just have to change the emb files. I did not make any of these mods myself,i just found them,tested them and organized the files.All credit goes to the original creator's. One last thing,i wanted to add more car mods but everytime i did nothing but taxi's would spawn,then i tried a traffic control but that gave me texture problems so i left them out.File size is 479MB.
