-put weapons.ivaud with Openiv or SparkIV in grand theft auto iv/pc/audio/sfx/resident.rpf
-put weaponsinfo.xml in grand theft auto iv/common/data/
-anim.img in
grand theft auto iv/pc/anim/
-Replace hud.txd in grand theft auto iv/pc/textures
-Bullet time, put all the files in the directory, press "tab" to activate
and deactive bullet time ingame.
-Blood, take bloodfx.dat and put it on grand theft auto iv/commom/data/effects and replace
take fxprojtex.txd and replace t on grand theft auto iv/pc/textures
