Here's my newest configuration for icenahncer 2.1! Don't like the deep dark cinematic feel of Liberty City? Try out my all new Liberty City Streets v1.0 mod! In this mod, you should see near-double the FPS from my Cinematic Configuration, and near triple of vanilla icenhancer, Using tweaking techniques that have no effect on visuals. This mod will make the streets pop, without the need for sunglasses for a video game. It's got a subtle DoF to it, for those quick photos you just HAVE to snap, but also won't give you headaches with every day playing. Days and Nights have been adjusted, so you can see in the day, and still see at night, but your headlights are beneficial! The shading and Lens Flare have also been adjusted, to give you more of a fresh, sunny, clean side of Liberty City. Credits go to myself for the configuration, and icenhancer for the original icenhancer mod. -What's to come in v2?- ~Better performance ~Better lighting on buildings ~Adjusted, better DoF. ~Shinier, but less intrusive car paint jobs / rims ~Better Day / Night cycles, more realistic Night Lighting for darker areas. ~Enjoy!
