-Open SparkIV GTA4pcmodelscdimagespedprops.img(í™•ìž¥íŒ©ë²„ì „:EFLCTBOGTpcmodelspedprops.img)
-Double click pedprops.img and import files :
player_p.wdd , player_p.wtd
-click save, and exit
ATTENTION !

If you want to use the glasses and hat, you must download
InGame Trainer because the newer version don't spawn it.
