I never liked how street lights were making small circle spots on road, (unfortunately some of that seems to look same in gta5) so with draw distance increase, lampposts also have changed light spread, some lights are switched to omnidirectional since most of it's sources was exposed and it lighted surroundings the way i like. I REMOVED some low lights coronas, they misplaced on many of them, but mainly the way how they getting in camera when you walk by making bright fog flashes. On few lights i also turned off dynamic shadows, because they where popping in at very near distance. For me this is much better night experience, but not everybody will call this improvement ofcourse. **Also be aware that with lower systems this may be crashing your game due to higher demand, i tried this before on dual core, it was crashing too much. On i7 it works flawlessly now. Be sure you make your backups
