Welcome to my APG iCEnhancer 2014 Finale Release! This is my custom iCE which aims for high FPS and minimal graphical errors through careful modification of the .ini file. Works best on patch 1.0.4.0 but 1.0.7.0 works as well, however, looking a little worse and losing some features. Installation is simple, find your root GTA IV folder, drag and drop the contents of the archive into it and overwrite! No known issues are known to occur, except a minor graphical flickering with AMD R series cards, which is fixed by alt-tabbing in and out of the game.
