This is a minor but important tweak to the low end pc option that comes with ICEnhancer 2.0. I decided to do this because it was pretty ugly. Lights had no quality, reflection sucked, etc. With this, you will be able to keep the original ICEnhancer 2.0 quality and improve your fps. My pc specs: Intel(R) CELERON(R) 1.8 GHz NVIDIA GEforce GT240 MY average fps: middle of the city: 11-12 fps (lame) outside city (airport, map mods) 17-19 fps (without this mod i had 12 fps) Original mod by icelaglace Changes: -ambient occlussion set to off -reduced bloom quality -reduced shadow quality -no soft particles -other tweaks NOTE: the changes are almost undetectable, dont spect a ps2 graphics game, "reduced quality" seems pretty dramatic, but its not.
