!!!!!NOTE!!!!! 2/20/2014 IF YOU DOWNLOADED THIS BEFORE THE ABOVE DATE, RE-DOWNLOAD THIS MOD. I MADE A TYPO IN ONE OF THE EXPLOSION VALUES WHICH MADE THINGS INSTANTLY BLOW UP. RE-DOWNLOAD IF THE EXPLOSIVE SHOTGUN IS DESTROYING VEHICLES IN ONE HIT Hardcore Health v1: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/hardcore-health-f23369 I decided to separately release this version in case anyone prefers the other values over this one. There's two major changes in this version: 1. Instead of the player having 1/4th the amount of health they do in the default game, they have 1/2 i.e. 8 shots from the pistol to kill the player 2. The handling.dat is not be me. It is by Killatomate, and it comes from his EFLC Realistic Driving and Flying v1.3 mod. I just edited the weapon damage multipliers to work with the other changes made by this mod. And that's really it. If you prefer the default handling over Killatomate's, than you'll have to use v1 of Hardcore Health.
