Put all the files into the Grand Theft Auto IV folder.
[ For example: C:/Program files/RockstarGames/Grand Theft Auto IV ]
The ENB doesn't have the file: ''iceshader.fx'' because this makes your
game laggy.
The mod is also for people with an LOW-end pc.

Known bugs:
-Evening and Night looks dark
-Two weird white things in the sky

This ENB has NOT:
-Red sky bug
-iceshader.fx
-To bright screen
-Laggs ( TESTED ON MY VERY SLOW PC )

Some people will be able to get an FPS boost if you put the
''commandline.txt'' file intro the Grand Theft Auto IV folder
