It includes the new GTA V Loading Tune and adds the GTA Logo on the bottom left corner. The startup screen also has been changed. MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR FILES BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MODIFICATION! (If you like to downgrade to the stock loadingscreens) Just extract the 2 Folders (pc, commom) into your GTA IV installation directory. For the Loading Tune, you need OpenIV or SparkIV.
