Made Only For Patch 1070 ( Not tested with 1040 / EFLC )
This is not 100% looks like GTA V, maybe only 10%. :p

Known Issues :
- ENB will have a bug when the time is set to Extra Sunny - 7PM & 8PM. ( I realluy can't fix it, maybe i'll fix it tomorrow if i'm not dead ) :p
- ENB will looks darker if you freeze the time and weather.!
