I don't have time any more to work on this.And now finally releasing V6 after all this time.It will fix GTA IV lagging problems without lossing quality.You will notice fps increase and alot of fixes.This is for Patch 1.0.7.0 adds some 1.0.4.0 features to 1.0.7.0 and don't turn on night shadows they already enabled if you put them on they will crash.It got some patched patch 1.0.4.0 shaders and modified 1.0.7.0 shaders aswell.So don't complain if it crashes on aptch 1.0.4.0 again this for patch 1.0.7.0 only.
