I M NOT THE AUTHOR OF THAT VEHICLE . i made only the skinning (Vice city skins) . i don't know who 's the author of that top kick , that's why i couldn't ask for some permission . that vehicle is available nowhere so i took the liberty to upload the vehicle too.
GMC top kick ambulance (ELS) with 4 Vice city skins . the vehicle has few bugs but that doesn't impact FPS nor gaming/handling
