---About This Mod--- This mod is a fix for the FIB guy in GTA4, since Rockstar never set them to use their voice nor their hat. This mod sets it so that not only do they use their voice, they spawn with their hat and glasses. ---How To Install--- You can simpley drop what's in the folders into the correct directory.
