-Fixed bug where facial animations were not loaded when the player was wanted by the police.
---What Does This Mod Do?---
This mod allows the ability for the game to run facial animations on the peds you play as. So you blink and stuff like that.
Of course by peds, I mean anyone other than Niko.
I recommend watching the video down in the video section, it's kind of hard to explain in text.
