-Put the Files into Grand Theft Auto IV / EFLC Folder
-Replace it
*Including Road Textures & other Effects*

-Works on 1.0.4.0 (Recommended)
-Works on 1.0.7.0
-Works on 1.1.1.0
Problem:
*Ingame Cutscenes to bright on 1.0.7.0 & 1.1.1.0 patch
