I've worked on these settings for months and I'm finally ready to release them. As you can see in the title, the settings are made for patch 1030/1040. I didn't test them on 1070/1120 and can't guarantee that they will function properly. If you want to try it out or even fix the 1070/ELFC related problems yourself, please go ahead and do so. Included in the .rar archive are several performance- and depth of field related presets that should help you set up your game if you don't have any ENB experience whatsoever. Also included is a readme file that hopefully explains everything you need to know to successfully get this mod to work. If you need help with ENB-related problems, please visit the official ENB homepage (enbdev.com) and check out the forums. I hope the screenshots will give you an idea on how the settings will look like.
