This is tested on patch 1.0.4.0//
For both high end and low end users .
changes :
-increased brightness
-decreased farclp
-few value tweaks done in enbseries.ini
etc.
I have took ss and video with high settings for look and framerate.
my settings while i play to get 30fps constant :
shadows off
texture high
texture filter highest
all distance are set to 1
and u can enable blur or disable it depends on your wish :)
my config :
xFx GT520 2Gb
4Gb ddr3 ram
core2duo 2.93 ghz E7500
