CHANGES: Modified the path to the configuration file. It's not Documents/GTA IV/ModSettings/EmergencyRecover anymore but Documents/GTA IV/ModSettings now. This has changed for all of my mods. So now you have all config files in a single folder now (ModSettings). Please read the guide for further installation instructions. V2.0.2 is available BUG FIXES - a rare bug where the code tried to access a ped which was disposed by the game in the short amount of time (microseconds!) between the request and the access. ------------------------------ I decided to post the latest updates here because I think not many people bother to scroll the comments all the way down. ------------------------------ Stuck peds and vehicles are a well known bug of GTA IV. This mod provides functionality for unfreezing or deleting stuck peds and vehicles with adjustable aggressiveness. USE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ONLY.
