EFLC TLAD TBOGT to GTAIV Vehicles Meld v3 by SilverSurferNHS This is a meld of ALL GTA IV and EFLC (TLAD & TBOGT) vehicles into one package for GTA IV. I've seen the other conversions attempting to do this, but they are sort of DIY and this makes it much easier for a user to have a foundation to start building their modded game from. Installation: Extract "common" and "pc" folders into GTAIV base folder overwriting when asked. Simple as that.
