A Patrol cruiser with the StreetHawk lightbar for the old school look. Requires ELS-IV v8.51 mod by Lt.Caine. Apparently it took hours and days for research on how does DRO3 function, but uploading of a new version got pended. Let's just say I'm in monetary and time crisis (LOL!) as my internet spending is quite limited. The Visor LEDs are not working in my case (got RC20 error after the game loads).
