Description
This is a very simple mod that changes the time the building/street lights come on and go off while keeping
a day/night schedule. At night the power appears to be off to most of Liberty City. Works for all weather conditions. No trainer needed. ("Extra Sunny2" found in trainers isn't affected by this mod)
