ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE A COGNOSCENTI AT YOUR SAFEHOUSE(S) BEFORE YOU DO THIS (If you replace vehicles)! 1. Open up SparkIV or OpenIV, whatever you prefer. 2. Open the file named "vehicles.img". (You shoud find it under "pcmodelscdimages".) 3. Replace the old cognoscenti.wft and cognoscenti.wtd with the ones provided. 4. If using SparkIV, rebuild the archive. 5. Start playing the game and spawn a Cognoscenti.
