This mod was designed for GTA IV but has not been tested on Episodes from Liberty City so feel free to try it, let me know if it works :) This mod changes the blood fx in the game so when you shoot someone their blood sprays everywhere, surrounding them in a 'cloud' of blood, the blood then settles onto the floor and walls within quite a wide radius. Enjoy! :D You do have permission to use this within other mods as long as you give appropriate credit.
