This is my mod and I worked completely from scratch on it. My graghics card is just a gt 220. If you have a more fancy card you'll definatley see more impressive results. This enb relies on the timecycle. If you want to adjust something for personal preference, modify the timecycle. You have my permission to modify this mod as much as you want to. Give credit where credit is due :) READ!!!! For the sky. For my settings and no sky bug,use stock shaders for the patch, but copy from win32_30_nv7 gta_atmoscatt_clouds.fxc and paste in win32_30_nv8 I'm using this for eflc and patch 7. It should work with any patch. Just use your stock shaders and follow the instructions above
