This changes the clothes in the Rusisan Shop into Chinese People's Liberation Army Clothes
Installation:
1. download sparkIV.
2. next find the original files: gtaiv/models/cdimages/playerped.rpf
3. And replace this files:
*coat (uppr_diff_014_a_uni.wtd uppr_014_u.wdr)
*pants (lowr_diff_007_b_uni.wtd lowr_007_u.wdr)
-and save.
4. next find the original files: gtaiv/models/cdimages/pedrops.img/player_p.wtd and player_p.wdd
5. Replace this file's and save.
6. Enjoy ;)
Note: Back up first the files !
