This mod is made to create riot like situations in ViceCity. You will like it extremely if you like chaos, killing and lawlessness. Instructions to install, are given in readme.txt file (pls read carefully.) Features---- 1.) People fight with each other, better than when you use "fightfightfight" cheat (But its a mod, not cheat!) 2.) Weapons stats are upgraded to make them more destructive and dangerous. 3.) Gangs appear at many places, with weapons. They create gangwars, enhancing the chaos. 4.) People and cops have become lawless and rowdy. This mod is entirely made by Harshdeep Singh (a.k.a.
